    Filefactory.com

    9. Upload the .gzr file with the site you chose [remember the .gzr file is on your desktop]

    14. Press the send button at the bottom and you're set.
    15. Wait 10 minutes for the hacker to be banned and the thread to be locked [depends how long it takes for a moderator to read the thread and watch the replay]

    ---

    Once the hacker has been reported, it's not an open discussion for people to talk about the hacker and post. Once the thread is made, let the staff make the decision and/or the reporter to reply if necessary. No one else's posts are needed.

    .jpg = a .JPEG file
    .gzr = a GunzReplay file

    Recordings are more reliable since you can actually see the user using the hacks.
    As for screen shots, you can't really tell if the user is using hacks or not, except for sometimes with lawnmower and insane massives. Some hacks that are hard to distinguish that one user as a hacker would be tofu spam, message bots, godmode, and speed hacks.

    Screen shots are easier to work with and simple. Recordings are a little more complex to upload and download to view, just a little more time consuming.

    Most of the file hosting sites don't require an account to be registered to upload a file.
    The image hosting websites don't require account registration except for photobucket. I use photobucket, because it's easy and fast.
